Lean Training for Practitioners

The "Lean for Practitioners" training is an intensive and engaging workshop that allows you to understand Lean from the inside – from the perspective of a leader, engineer, or even an operator. This is not about textbook slogans, but concrete methods, tools, and exercises that participants apply in practice already during the training.

We teach how to identify waste, organize work, shorten lead times, and create better process flows. Our approach is based on Polish realities, implementation experiences, and proven simulation games.

Day 1 - Introduction to Lean (8 hours)
