Effective Problem Solving Training

The increasing complexity of processes and pressure for efficiency mean that companies are increasingly looking for practical methods to eliminate the sources of problems – not just putting out fires. We lose time, money, and energy not because something happened, but because it happens… again.

Every recurring error, every ineffective fix, and every decision based on intuition rather than data – these are real losses for the organization. That is why modern companies turn to proven problem-solving methods that allow them to organize the process, engage the team, and implement actions that really work. The “Effective Problem Solving” training teaches how to make accurate decisions based on root cause analysis and how to conduct corrective actions in an organized way.

This is not another “soft” theory, but a concrete action framework used by lean management leaders worldwide – from the automotive industry, through pharmaceuticals, to construction. It teaches not only how to solve a problem but how to understand it, draw conclusions, and… prevent it from returning.

Your company can also benefit by implementing an effective approach to problem-solving. See how to do it step by step.

Typical theoretical trainings end with textbook knowledge. Our workshops go a step further – from the very beginning, we focus on practice, real participant problems, and teamwork. During the sessions, participants work on actual cases from their own companies, analyzing data, building cause trees, and designing effective corrective actions.

The result? After two days of training, the team not only knows the methodology (PDCA, 5 Whys, A3, Ishikawa) but can also apply it in their daily work. Moreover, participants leave with ready documentation and an implementation plan for solutions they can immediately test and develop within their teams.

This is a workshop that does not end in the training room – the knowledge and tools remain in the organization and start to work in practice.

🗨️ “This was not another boring training – we could immediately apply the knowledge in practice and organize processes that were previously struggling.”

🗨️ “Finally, I know how to approach root cause analysis in an organized way and how to engage the team. Very good tools!”

🗨️ “Practical, concrete, and results-oriented. I recommend it to anyone who struggles with daily firefighting.”

Do I need experience in lean management to participate?

No, the training is at a basic level and conducted in a way that is understandable also for people without prior contact with lean.

Can I come with a real problem from my work?

How many people can participate in the training?
