6. Conducting observations and dividing the process into elements - on the client's process.

Module 2 - Instructing Employees
1. Work Breakdown Sheets - creating sheets for the Customer's process
2. Standardization of working time
3. Instructing employees - preparing the student, presenting the work, checking the student, supervising
4. Competency matrices and training plans

Module 3 - Improving Working Methods
1. Standardized Work Sheets - rules for creating and using
