TRAINING PLAN

1. Introduction - discussion of basic concepts and definitions of an effective organizational strategy.
2. Vision and values ​​- looking into the future and defining the desired state, reflecting long-term goals, and creating fundamental beliefs, principles and ethical frameworks to build the culture and guide the organization's activities.
3. Types of goals - discussion of long-term, short-term and development goals from a strategic perspective.
4. Defining strategic, operational and development goals (organizational, breakthrough and intermediate goals).
5. Creating a short- and long-term strategy - defining goals and analyzing conditions affecting the strategy, formulating action plans and monitoring and adapting the strategy.
6. Process management - designing, creating and documenting processes, developing their effectiveness indicators based on data, and implementing, optimizing and adapting processes to changing market conditions.
7. SWOT analysis - determining the strengths and weaknesses of the organization by identifying factors influencing the achievement of goals, analyzing external factors affecting opportunities and threats arising from market trends in order to optimize activities and use for strategic planning.
8. Kaizen philosophy - i.e. the PDCA cycle as a tool for planning, implementing, assessing and improving strategies.
9. Hoshin Kanri - cascading goals by moving from strategic goals through intermediate and operational goals using regular monitoring of progress in their implementation, correction and improvement.
10. Scaling the business and organization - developing the organizational structure, optimizing processes and strengthening resources by investing in employee development, infrastructure and technology.
11. Managing yourself and tasks in time - planning the effective use of time, setting task priorities, time horizons, effective organizational methods, employee development and personal effectiveness techniques (e.g. Pomodoro technique).
12. Communication and delegating tasks - the need to shape a clear transfer of information, open communication and empathy, building positive relationships, assigning tasks and monitoring progress and providing the necessary support.
13. Barriers and errors when building a strategy - lack of data, unclear vision, incorrect understanding, one-sided approach, lack of a broader perspective, lack of analysis of the environment and a limited approach to strategic planning.

Ireneusz Ochman

An expert and experienced practitioner supporting organizational development. Project director, consultant with experience in implementing and coordinating projects in the area of ​​production optimization and quality improvement of production processes. He specializes in workshop training and simulation games, and spreads the Lean approach in companies. A graduate of the Faculty of Organization and Management of the Silesian University of Technology, majoring in Management and Production Engineering, where he obtained an engineering diploma with a specialization in Production Systems Management.
He has over 30 years of experience in production areas at various management levels. He gained it through 10 years of work in the mining industry, and then spent over 20 years in the automotive industry. He worked in managerial positions in production areas and in engineering and health and safety departments. He served as an internal trainer on key issues of the production system based on the Lean Manufacturing philosophy. He participated in implementation projects of an international automotive corporation in plants in Poland, Europe and around the world.
As a consultant, since 2018 he has been involved in the optimization of production processes and the implementation of modern production management methods, auditing and training activities in the field of production processes, standardized work, elimination of losses, continuous improvement and quality management systems, and effective use of resources.
Currently, as a Lean tools specialist, he carries out operational audits and implementation projects. He conducts training in the field of management of production processes in the enterprise. He specializes in both training and Lean transformations. He has experience in conducting training in both production and service companies. He has consulting experience in conducting optimization projects mainly in the areas of industrial production. He specializes in workshop training and production process optimization projects as well as the implementation of modern production management methods.

Paweł Nurzyński

Leader of Continuous Improvement in the field of management and development. He completed higher education at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology and gained knowledge during training in Sweden and the Netherlands. Now he shares his knowledge and experience as a guest lecturer of DBA and MBA Executive studies at the University of Social Sciences in Łódź. His publications can be found on websites such as: Constant Growth, BDO Advisory and Tagatic.
His greatest passion is process improvement. For years, he has been supporting Polish enterprises by optimizing their production, sharing his knowledge and experience, training employees and implementing tools that allow companies to develop. In his daily work, he combines knowledge of problem-solving methods, theory of constraints, Six Sigma and Lean Management.
In the past, he has cooperated with companies such as: Princess Yachts, Kanri Soft, ATEX, Apra-Optinet, Alucrom (Midroc group), DeLaval, Essity (formerly SCA Hygiene Products), ETO Magnetic, Eberspacher, CS Group and Tagatic. He supports companies in process optimization, conducts improvement projects and supports the transfer and launch of processes. He implemented projects in Poland, Germany and Great Britain.
Author of e-learning courses for the production and service industries. He has completed, among others, training in the field of Effective Problem Solving, Standardization, Visual Management and Workplace Organization.
